Our calling rates are reviewed at least once a month and are available online.
Rate tables will sent to all customers regularly by email. 44Direct calls are rated
on a per second basis (1/1) to all destinations. Individual call costs are rounded
up to the nearest USD 0.001 increment. |

We require prepayments from all customers. We accept payments by
Wire Transfer to our UK bank or by Western Union Quick Pay and, subject to approval, by
credit card or PayPal. The minimum payment is $200.

V.A.T. (sales tax) will be removed at the current rate from all payments
received from U.K. customers. V.A.T. may apply to customers in other European Union
countries. |

44Direct is aimed at established businesses that resell calling
services. You will need your own VoIP switching and billing platforms in order to
resell the service, and you should send your traffic from your VoIP switch rather than
from individual endpoints. If your company does not yet fit this profile, then you
may wish to consider our alternative calling
products. |

We reserve the right to gap your calls if we detect the high volumes of
unconnected calls generally associated with badly configured autodiallers. This
means, for example, that we may refuse all connections from you within 50ms of receiving
your previous call attempt. |
